On top of a semi-dormant volcano. Mount Haleakala- Maui, Hawaii. 1998.  At 10,000 feet in the air... even Hawaii gets a bit cold!  Definately one of the coolest views I have ever seen.

In Australia making fun of Kangaroos when they are not looking.  Nice haircut, squid.   In retrospect, I guess you shouldn't do that on their own turf.  The bird in the right picture nearly took my hand off 3 seconds after this pic was taken... really. It must have seen me messing with the kangaroo. (1992)

Navy Days. Standing watch in the computer center on USS Antietam off the coast of Iraq during the Persian Gulf War. Nice cheesy mustache.  In chemical gear on the right because someone told us that this Sadaam guy had chemicals that could make your "jewels" shrivel up and fall off.   (1990)
